Cass Scenic Railroad State Park opens on the 25th!

Cass Scenic Railroad State Park opens to the public with their trains running from Cass to Bald Knob on the 25th. For a very nominal fee visitors can experience a trip back in time onboard a fully restored Shay locomotive and see WV from one of our highest points.
Cass offers a look into West Virginia's rich lumber history with restored company buildings and a recreated logging camp at Whittaker Station that highlights the living quarters and tools of the lumber trade from a half century ago.
