Cass Scenic Railroad State Park, in Pocahontas County, offers a series of dinner train rides on selected Saturday evenings throughout the summer. This popular tourist destination offers a unique experience with historic steam driven locomotives.

Visitors will depart from the Cass Depot at 5:30 p.m. and travel through mountainous areas to Whittaker Station where a country dinner will be served and live entertainment awaits with a picturesque backdrop of the surrounding wilderness. The train will arrive back at Cass Depot at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are $30 for adults and $20 for children under the age of 12. Dinner trains are scheduled for July 26, August 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 and September 6, 13 and 27. Only 150 tickets will be sold per train.
