Music enthusiasts around the world will soon have a new outlet for their enjoyment. An outlet that comes from right here in West Virginia. Wild Mountain Radio (www.wildmountainradio.com) is currently testing their setups in preparation to open in the near future. With a preliminary opening set near the end of April, WMR invites you to visit their website and register to be notified of when the broadcast officially begins.
WMR will feature music from the 60’s to today playing the uncensored versions of artist’s songs. WMR will also promote independent artists from all over the world.
You can expect to hear artists such as:
“WMR plans to keep the station completely advertiser free, although we may allow some ads on our website for products we believe in. Nobody wants to site through 10 minutes of ads just to listen to 10 minutes of music. WMR will not charge for people to listen, we only ask that if you like our station and can afford to send a donation, please pay what you think the service is worth.” Stated WMR Co-owner Adam McQuain.
