Pleasant Creek WMA |

Located approximately 6 miles from Philippi, Pleasant Creek is an
enjoyable destination down U.S. 119. I found the campsite laid
out with many good sites available for both tents and RV's.
Although many RV'ers will not like the absence of electric and water
hookups, the near solitude this camp offers year round more then makes
up for it. The camp does fill up during holidays, but most of the
time you will find more then half of the 40 campsites available.
Check in is done at the Ranger station at the begining of the campsite
loops and pick out a site. Sites are $5.00 / night and include a
fire ring, lantern post and picnic table. Vault toilets and pump
wells are located within walking distance. Handicap sites are
available. Boating access is available near the camp as well as
